Outside you will find a modern Patio with its summer kitchen which offers you shaded eating space, an additional refrigerator to keep your drinks fresh and a gas BBQ to prepare your meat the way you like.

A luxury beach with sun-beds surrounding a heated salted swimming-pool of 10m x 4m. The access to the swimming pool is secured by a bar-style fencing with a lockable gate. Please note that the pool is heated only when the temperature is above 20 degrees centigrade.

A lovely garden around the swimming pool area is planted with Citrus fruits and a couple of fig-trees.

Our villa is a wonderful place to relax in a calm environment while still being minutes within all commodities and highways/public transport.

5 bedrooms are on the upper floor:
- a master bedroom with the queen-size bed and an access to the balcony,
- a double room with a queen-size bed and an access to the balcony,
- a double room with a double bed facing the south,
- a twin bedroom with 2 single beds that can be modified in a queen-size bed upon request,
- a single room with a single bed.
The 6th bedroom has a double-bed and a private ensuite shower-room. It is situated on the ground floor next to the spacious dining-room/living room with an access to a beautiful terrace with an unobstructed mountain view.
